The DTLSN has made significant strides in delivering digital skills courses and digital inclusion workshops to communities in Wales. Here is a snapshot of the projects and what has been achieved to date on the DTLSN.

Project Details:

Exploring a multidisciplinary aesthetic programming approach to engage more girls in IT. This project was funded by Cardiff Metropolitan University Impact Builder in 2021.

Learners Engaged: Welsh primary school pupils (Year 4, 5 and 6) in Cardiff and Bridgend.

Project Details:

Digital Technology Learning Support Network in Blaenau Gwent. This project was funded by UKCRF fund in 2021.

Learners Engaged: 531 Welsh school pupils (Year 4 to Year 10), 9 adults, 15 teachers in Blaenau Gwent.

Micro Credential Project. Funded by HEFCW programme in 2021.

Project Details:

Strategic Investment Fund 2022/23: Institute of Coding in Wales Digital Skills Bootcamps. Funded by HEFCW programme in 2021.

Learners Engaged: 659 Welsh school pupils (Year 4 to Year 10). 70 adults (53 male and 17 female)
